In December 2014, Noble’s bar and restaurant, originally known as the star hotel Slaithwaite, was taken over by Alan Noble, together with his son Robert. The family have done a total refurbishment. The interior design has a contemporary feel but with original features, restored and emphasised
Nestled in the heart of the Colne valley, the “true grit” mill town of Slaithwaite is straddled by a viaduct and the distance hills of the pennies. Opened in 1957 as the star hotel, in its day it was always popular with the mill workers, for both Yorkshire and Lancashire folk.
Noble’s bar and restaurant now has a cosy and welcoming ambiance, whilst living up to all your expectations as a traditional family owned, welcoming Yorkshire pub. With our award winning chef producing creative, imaginative and mouth-watering menu, finding only the best local produce.
